Transforming Trueness – Voice (In the connections, voice clears)

And the deepest of reality,
an original endowment,
is the intricate truth
of who one really is.

−verse 4 of Transforming Trueness (Repose)

What is your service in this world?

In your own truth and reality, your answer is a simple complexity. We are not simple beings, but it seems we are on a continual journey to simply be. Along the way we are indeed preyed upon by a busyness formed in the confusion of a transforming collective presence in this 21st Century.

There is a collective transformation in process. One major contributor to complexity is a collective unconsciousness to what is really going on. And this is where the individual consciously and powerfully breaks into the scene.

The World Needs You!

Your unique, individual voice is a dynamic entrance into a collective, transforming awareness.

In the recent evolution of my Coaching Model I was reminded that I have done nothing on my own. The freeing of my Trueness has been a collective−and truly collaborative−effort. My richest blessings are consistently held and carried by those who lovingly give of their presence. These connections walk with me in the art of holding. It is in, and with, these connections that voice clears.

In the connections, voice clears. Yes, and this begins in the internal journey as you reconnect with original source−your authentic self from the beginning. Do not limit your thinking in a too-narrow definition of connections. Certainly there are those inner connections we make when clarity presents itself. And there are those connections deepened on the outside as, in a new confidence, we clear the way for our own voice to be heard through our service in a needy world.

Your unique resonance needs the reverberation from these connections. Such reflection reassures the inner timbre. The freeing of your truth is at once joyful and painful.

“We have to leave the garden, so to speak. It is this movement out and back between the loneliness and desperation of the false self and the fullness of the True Self that is the process of transformation.” −Richard Rhor

I cannot offer any advice on avoiding the discomfort of transition nor the pain that comes with transformation. Again, we are always being shaped by forces internal and external and by influences individual and collective.

What I can ensure is this: If you walk with others and allow them to walk with you−letting your voice free, and hearing the other−you will know the Art of Holding in the deepest of reality.

Transforming Trueness (Repose)

Transition, one then another
dispensed on a soul
is to an individual
proof simply one is living.

Suffering it may seem
and so suffering it is;
but impairing it is not.

For each transition
successive will be
when committed one is
to truth and reality.

And the deepest of reality,
an original endowment,
is the intricate truth
of who one really is.

Surprising it may seem
and so surprising it is;
but deceitful it cannot be.

For your Trueness
holds your soul well
while you free voice
in the story you must tell.

And in the telling itself, a living performance,
into and through our own soul
we are transformed …
we become who we are.

A Flow to Simplicity through Growth

Failing has been exceptionally empowering to me because it has highlighted for me those things on which I must focus my energy. −Ric Gonzalez, Woo Woo Leadership

Personal growth can at times feel like a lonesome journey. It is important to embrace growth as a journey, and an unfolding process that thankfully never ends. It is only in such acceptance where we may begin to float in the flow that is simplicity.

How is simplicity important to growth?

At the core it is about clarity. There is entirely too much on which to focus our energy. We need the simplicity of clarity to guide the balance of intention and attention.

I hear it all the time in one context or another, “I wish we could return to a simpler time.” Well, I don’t know about we, but you certainly can. A more simple time does not mean a time void of technological advance, political confusion, etc. Simple is what it is, and it is applied one individual at a time−you alone have the access code.

Simplicity is a specifically spoken purpose.Simplicity

Your purpose is encoded deep within you and all efforts to grow must serve this purpose. It’s pretty darn easy, while at the same time one of the hardest things to do, to focus on your purpose.

So, what is the key to growth−and the impact of your purpose? The answer … Love. More specifically, your very unique brand of love.

Know this love. Describe this love. Hold this love close. Give it your energy−for here lies your unique impact.

Step into the Middle with Love

Remember … those who follow your loving lead depend on the rhythmic frequency of your unique Desire & Intent. Your brand of leadership love resonates in the service of voice freed and intuitively applied. We need your leading love to be directed at us and filtered through an authentic self-love.

Holding the intensity of self-love funds the transformation into your brand of love for us.

Wading to the Middle
My wade to the middle of the stream is not about the exclusion of either bank. Quite the opposite. My stance in the middle is about wading in the confluence of the best from both sides.

Throughout our individual journeys we experience a bit from each bank of the stream of living. Some of this we experience privately and some openly. Many things we accept because of the expectations of others, and some things we approach by choice; these are few and usually on the bank not so normal or comfortable to us.

Once you’ve stood on that other side, you find further confidence in moving to your stance in the middle of the flow. It is such experimentation and navigation that helps wash the fog from the lens that is our core, true self.

Wading in Love
While love is universal, it is not universally defined; meaning, we are each a part of the definition and execution from the stance established by our own brand of love. It is a love uniquely our own but not owned by us. This leading love was given to each of us in the beginning.

It seems the wade to the middle is the process designed for individual discovery and release of our individually branded love.

Step into the Middle with Focus

Susan is all about supporting others when and where they need it. She holds a vision of true balance for others; a harmony of focus between the internal and the external.

From her commitment to true balance, Susan is intently focused on encouraging personal engagement:

I take interest in the work of others to encourage the interest that gives energy for the work and supports the confidence of the individual in the work.

Susan shows us what it looks like to step into the middle with focus. Her process is about deep, clear listening−required for a safe wade to the middle of the leadership stream. Susan is determined and focused by nature; her strengths of Active Clarity, Confidence, and Collaboration drive her forward with a silent, creative tension.

She has advanced into the middle of 21st Century impact with conscious focus−a confident, clear grasp on who she is and what is most important to her. Purpose drives how she supports; and in her brand of support she has become a purposeful teacher.

In the process of the support of others, Susan is learning to listen internally to hear better externally. She has consequently become more conscious of her own process of support. It is this process that has emerged and defined Susan’s very impact. This unique impact has long been present, she is now simply conscious of both presence and process.

Like Susan, do not make assumptions about the unknown. Instead, seek out information important to collective, focused direction.

Encouragement for Your Focus (Loving Application)

Only when hope flows into committed action do we have the power for loving application.

In this time of personal transformation, a few close friends have joined me in the navigation. In collective support we are individually moving to new levels. Dan is one such friend. He is an example of this loving application. Dan expects the best of me and I of him. He does not try to fix things for me or to fix me. He leaves all definition to the flow. Yes, he expects me to find committed action−what is right for me−and he challenges me with complete respect.

It is our individual authenticity in this collective relationship that allows us to coach each other and let go. What we hold onto is not some predetermined specific tied to one issue or another, but to the relationship that is so needed and necessary on the journey.

It is the flow over rocks (obstacles) that makes the water clear. Our commitment places us into the flow with all its moving moments of paradox. This is the living action to which we are called. There is no credible action standing on the sideline. Only in the flow may we experience loving application.

The flow of loving application is present focus; and you must:
1) Expect good−do not over-define it.
2) Respect all relationship that blesses committed action.
3) Be authentic, and let go.

Encouragement for Your Desire & Intent (A Place to Stand)

What gives your intent uniqueness in a larger purpose is, for you, the essence of desire. This is what my friend Judy might call significance. At her core−of all that is important to her−is the desire to give her energy in enterprises where she both adds value and knows that same value is respected.

A narrow focus, guided by desire, broadens your impact. A place to stand−a focused individual has a method. Albeit often unconscious, she has worked hard to develop, through trial and error, her unique methodology.

But finally you will have both your lever and your place to stand−and from there, you can move your bit of the world, because you are being moved yourself inside a much larger Flow. −Richard Rohr, A Lever and a Place to Stand (2011)

Step through the narrow opening that is your expertise−your place to stand−and find the bounty of broad impact.

Step into the Flow:
1) The Flow demands commitment.
2) The Flow distributes providence.
3) The Flow deposits bounty.
