Each wonderful, we are,
an engaging story,
for need in the world,
to be told.
In the ordinary, is power,
To Feel before and beyond
any limiting expectation.
To Hear our own resonant
capacity to be present.
To See the mysterious ease
of everyday things.
The abundance of mystery,
No longer by narrowness be,
misguided by and into judgment.
Permission, allow me to give,
relieving you of the stress,
attempting to create
what you already hold.
A voice from the beginning, free,
resonant strength limitless,
authentically equipped to speak,
gracefully, in the transient flow.
In the space of everyday,
a story to be told,
you are, I am.

I am convinced of the impossibility of providing encouragement to another if one does not hold the deep abundance of love inside. This focus of self-love appropriates the transformation into your brand of leadership love.
If you have read this far in my writings, you know my bold claim in the power of conscious love in one’s work. Yes, I firmly hold as truth that the 21st Century belongs to the Aware, Focused, and Loving leader. It is in this rhythm of 3 that your desire joins with intent and moves your brand of love into the flow of the larger story.
We want to build a story with you. In the union of story, it is imperative to learn to hold the tension in the middle stand that is your focus−where your desire joins with your intent and where you find your soul captured by the flow.
The loving part of my own Desire & Intent is that you lovingly lead others to their own authentic confidence. Invite us to build the story with you.
To build the story, encourage us:
1) To embrace complexity.
2) To honor individual uniqueness.
3) To join you in the Flow.
The collaboration in the telling of the story is animated as we love the flow, love the person, and love the story.
